The true meaning of the japanese word Hentai is 'abnormality' or 'metamorphosis'. In Japan it's used to say that some people are 'sexually perverted', showing kinds of sexual anomalies. In the rest of the world Hentai is simply a cultural movement involving pornography (hentai anime, hentai manga, hentai videogames -called Eroge or H game in relation to the explicity of the sexual reference). The Hentai culture became famous in the western world with the development of the world wide web. The sentence 'jk hachi kin anime' means 'adults only anime' while 'seijin manga' means 'adults only manga'.
Womens, in hentai manga comics, are typically normal people who are involved in sexual relationships, which spread until the point of no return. People are not aware of their desire before having the sexual encounter, which are pure carnal needs without any justification. The line dividing consensual sex and rape is very thin.
